All purchases from Muse Materials are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, fit, sizing, or personal preference.

Muse Materials specializes in curated pre-owned, vintage, and archival fashion. Due to the nature and history of these pieces, minor signs of age or previous wear may be present. Any notable flaws or imperfections known to us will be disclosed within the item description and/or product photographs.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all photographs, condition notes, and product details before completing a purchase. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you would like additional information, measurements, or photographs of an item.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is materially different from its description, please contact Muse Materials promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue.

Muse Materials' final-sale policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
